Day 0
Pick your Copy Audit call date, which will be the midpoint of our journey together. Upon booking, you’ll also submit your draft. This gives me time to dive into your website world and start spotting the cobwebs.
I’ll immerse myself in your copy, making detailed notes on where improvements can be made and why. This might include tweaks to headlines, clarifying benefits, adjusting word choice, or improving flow so your messaging truly shines.

Day 1
You’ll receive a Google Doc with my notes, plus a video walkthrough showing exactly which tweaks to implement and why.
Receive detailed feedback
Day 2
We go line by line through your copy, answer your questions, and make a clear plan for implementing changes.

Days 3-5
You’ll set aside at least 5 uninterrupted hours to make your changes.
You'll also have round-the-clock access to me during these three days, via voice notes, messages, and emails for guidance, cheerleading, or affirmation! You’ll send me the revised changes by the end of Day 7.

How are the copy suggestions and video walkthrough delivered?
Your video walkthrough will be delivered via Google Videos (downloadable as an MP4), and your written feedback will be shared in a Google Doc. If your copy is already published, most of the feedback will be provided via video, with a Google Doc summary of changes to prioritize. If your copy is still in Google Doc draft mode, the majority of the feedback will be left as comments and suggestions within the document.
What if I am unable to implement all of the copy suggestions during the five days inside the Cocoon?
Life is always life-ing, isn’t she? I believe in offering everyone grace and compassion, so if we need to reschedule your 5-day implementation period or your 3 days of voice note support, I’m happy to do so within a reasonable timeframe.
The intention is to give you a focused container and clear end goal, not pile on to any existing stressors.
Plus, you’ll still have 2 weeks of email support after the 9-day Cocoon.
If I get the 1-page rewrite add-on, could you deliver it before the Copy Cocoon call, so that I can use it as a reference for my implementation sprint?

Can you review a sales page as part of my Copy Cocoon?
Yes! Because a sales page is more copy-dense, it would be the only page included in your Cocoon.
If you’d like a full 5-page site plus a sales page, you can add a sales page review for $444 CAD.
Does my copy need to be published on a website for you to review it?
Nope! I’m happy to review your Google Doc, MS Word doc, or a preview page on your website if nothing’s live yet.
If your copy lives in a Google Doc, I can leave feedback directly in the document so everything stays in one place.
What if my offer isn’t fully ready yet? Can the Copy Cocoon help me flesh it out?
The Copy Cocoon works best when your offers have already shown positive results, but your messaging isn’t doing them justice yet.
If you’re still shaping your offer itself, I’d recommend refining that first so we can make the most of our time together.
Do you offer payment plans?
Because of the nature of this service, Copy Cocoon is pay-in-full. Once you book your call date and submit your questionnaire, I begin reviewing your copy right away, so by the time we meet, most of the behind-the-scenes work is already done.
Can you provide feedback on my AI copy draft?
No. Using AI in any part of your brand messaging or web copy dilutes your voice and message, and I am not interested in interacting with AI copy in any form. If you pay and submit AI copy for me to review, I will cancel your call, and no refund will be provided. There is no space for robots in the Cocoon!
What if I get overwhelmed with the feedback and decide that I just want someone to write my copy for me?!
Totally valid! If you decide you’d rather have me write it for you, you can apply your full Copy Cocoon investment toward my done-for-you Full (Moon) Web Copy package.

Your Copy Cocoon includes up to three main pages (Home, Services, About, Product), plus up to two low-lift pages (Contact, Resources, Portfolio, Shop, etc.).
